About this Course

Application Fee - TAG invites emerging professional artists living in Ontario and working across disciplines to submit work for its Ontario Biennial Juried Exhibition. This exhibition represents TAG’s commitment to identifying and promoting under-represented art and artists from across the province. This year’s juror is Matt Bahen. Matt Bahen is an artist living and working in Toronto. Bahen uses an impasto technique of thick oil paint as he strives to interpret the power of metaphor and allegory with paint. Matt Bahen received his BFA from OCADU in 2002 and is represented by Nicholas Metivier Gallery, Toronto, Peter Robertson Gallery, Edmonton and by Claire Oliver Gallery in New York.
